This is a hand set crystal piece and care must be taken when cleaning.  Gently hand wash in cold water using delicate soap. Do not scrub on the stones, do not wring and lie flat to dry. DO NOT IRON. In the event you lose a crystal you can send it back and we will fix it for you~

Custom order pieces are made specifically for you and take time to make them perfect.  We do not accept returns.  In the event of a problem with a piece, i.e. something comes unattached, or you lose a crystal through normal wear we will repair the item for you at no cost except shipping.  Please email any questions you have about sizing prior to placing an order.
